For the #ERUPT2021 conference, we are extremely proud to announce one of our headline partners Allegis Global Solutions, who will be ‘Introducing the Universal Workforce Model: Necessity, Reality or Pipedream?’ @ 14:50-15:30 (GMT) on the People channel!
This session is sure to be the highlight of the conference with 4 sensational leaders championing the session, including Dave Ulrich (Co-founder & Principal at The RBL Group), Bruce Morton (Head of Strategy, Allegis Global Solutions), John Boudreau (Senior Research Scientist and Professor Emeritus at University of Southern California) and Simon Bradberry (Vice President, Allegis Global Solutions, EMEA).
The panellists will delve into the evolving pressure that companies are facing as we adjust to the changing workforce. We need to rethink, reimagine and redesign so many of the attributes of a successful organisation that we’d been relying on for so long. Remote work, in-demand skills and teams are all part of the transformation as we look at how to compete not just in the future but right now.
The big question everyone is looking to answer is, “What is the most efficient and effective way to get work done?”.
Dave, Bruce, John & Simon will look at when to utilise talent in the best way to drive outcomes. When do we utilise our current employees? When should we hire locally or offshore? When do we outsource?
